Colibri Elétrico aimed to serve both tourists and locals with a seamless mobility solution. Initially, the app included a tourist trail feature, but user research revealed a stronger interest in local events.

Problem

Objective

Shift the focus from tourist trails to event discovery (customer need pivot) while maintaining the core mobility functionality and ensuring efficient vehicle and driver management through the admin dashboard.

Passenger app: simplifying mobility and event discovery

The passenger app needed to balance ease of use with robust functionality. The primary focus was on making ride booking intuitive while also allowing users to discover local events effortlessly.

Ride booking flow

Designed to be straightforward, with minimal steps to ensure a quick and seamless user experience. Key screens include the ride selection, confirmation, and payment processes.

Event Discovery

Pivoted from tourist trails to event discovery based on user feedback. Integrated into the main navigation, allowing users to easily find and book transportation to local events.

Driver app: streamlining trip management

The driver app was designed to optimize the workflow for drivers, ensuring they could manage trips effectively with minimal friction. The focus was on clarity and efficiency.

Trip management

Provided clear instructions and real-time updates to drivers. The flow from accepting a ride to completing a trip was simplified to reduce cognitive load.

Admin dashboard: enhancing operational efficiency

The admin dashboard was central to the smooth operation of the Colibri Elétrico platform. The focus was on providing comprehensive tools for vehicle and driver management, as well as user support.

Vehicle and driver management

Included detailed tools for managing the fleet and driver profiles, monitoring vehicle status, and handling logistics efficiently.
